My story
Throughout my career, I have deliberately expanded across all strategic areas. Starting with consumer research, I moved on to brand development, product design, and UX leadership, ultimately becoming a Senior Director at top agencies like Accenture where I guided global brands on experience innovation.
To some, this looks like a "wiggly" path. To me, it was the only way to build a 360-degree view of how a business actually breathes. By sitting in every seat—from the craft-focused designer to the commercially-driven department lead—I learned to bridge the gap between creative ideas and a sustainable balance sheet. Today, I use that "Flexicorn" perspective to design workshops, research plans, playbooks and go-to-market strategies that help teams navigate the AI era with clarity and confidence.

Every challenge is different, so I don't use a "one-size-fits-all" rate card. I price based
